Service Rates
I offer professional, mobile speech pathology services tailored to your child's needs. My rates cover both direct sessions and the essential clinical work that happens behind the scenes.
Standard Consultation
$193.99 per 60 minutes. This includes face-to-face time and necessary non-face-to-face clinical work.
Travel Information
To bring expert care directly to your child's natural environment, I travel to homes and community venues. Travel time is charged at $97.00 per 60 minutes of provider travel, plus a rate of $1.00 per kilometre.
I kindly ask that any venue or parking costs incurred during the visit are covered by the family. To ensure the best outcomes, please make sure that home or community settings are safe and suitable for our clinical work together.
Payment Terms
Secure Card Processing
Payment is due on the day of your session through Halaxy, our secure card processing platform. This allows us to focus entirely on your child's care while ensuring a smooth, hassle-free billing experience for your family.
NDIS & Medicare Claims
For NDIS self or plan-managed accounts, invoices are handled promptly according to your plan's requirements. If using a Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, please note that rebates must be claimed directly by the family and do not cover travel costs.
Cancellation Policy
- I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. However, to ensure I can support all my families, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if a session is missed without notice, may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.
- For families using NDIS funding, cancellation charges are applied in strict accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide.
